PLATE 9: BINDON MACRUPERT AND GORDON BINDON-BHORE WITH THE FAGGOT GATHERER, NORTH LOBB. She was brought into camp and questioned by R.E.C. director Gordon Bindon-Bhore, who assigned top priority to finding the location of the bee hives. Before being called back to Wiveliscombe on pressing administrative matters, Bindon-Bhore personally supervised the mapping out of a rough route to the honey-fields through the notoriously treacherous dunes and marshes of the Taw estuary.
